Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026. These terms apply when you use the 365Digital Campaign Intake Portal and purchase a 365Digital pilot or plan. “365Digital,” “we,” and “us” mean 365Digital, operated by Wayne, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “You” means the business purchasing the service. Contact: wayne@365digital.ca.
1. The 60-day pilot
Your purchase begins a 60-day pilot of our done-for-you wallet-pass capture service. The pilot starts on the date your payment is completed (“Day 1”). During the pilot we build your capture page and wallet coupon card from the details and graphics you provide, using our standard template.
2. Automatic annual continuation on Day 61
Unless you cancel before Day 61, your pilot automatically continues into the annual plan on Day 61, and the annual amount shown to you at checkout will be charged to your saved payment method. The exact annual amount and the Day 61 charge date are shown to you before you pay. Cancelling the annual continuation does not cancel or refund the 60-day pilot you already purchased. After the first annual charge, the plan renews yearly at the then-current rate unless you cancel before a renewal date; we will give notice of any price change before it applies to you.
3. Reminders and how to cancel
We will send a reminder partway through your pilot (around Day 35) and a final reminder before the Day 61 charge (around Day 52), using the channel you choose at intake (email, text, or both). To cancel the annual continuation, email wayne@365digital.ca from your account email before Day 61 and keep our confirmation reply. You can also reply to any reminder we send you.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes, if applicable, are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your saved payment method for the pilot amount at checkout and, unless you cancel in time, the annual amount on Day 61 and each renewal. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause service until payment succeeds.
5. Refunds
If you cancel before we begin setup work, we will refund your pilot payment. Once setup work has begun, pilot payments are not refundable, because the work is custom and performed for your business. The Day 61 annual charge can be avoided entirely by cancelling before Day 61; annual charges are not pro-rated after they are charged, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Timelines
Most campaigns launch within 3–5 business days after we receive your completed intake and usable graphics. Timelines depend on your providing the information and approvals we need; delays in providing them extend the launch accordingly.
7. No guaranteed results
We build and operate the capture system, but we do not guarantee any number of customers, wallet saves, redemptions, sales, or revenue. Results depend on your offer, your traffic, and your market.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful offers, misleading promotions, or content you do not have the right to use. We may decline or remove content that violates law or platform rules (including Apple and Google wallet policies).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your purchase is the one in place when you pay, except that price changes for future renewals are handled under section 2. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
