Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026. This policy describes how 365Digital (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) handles personal information in the Campaign Intake Portal. Questions or requests: wayne@365digital.ca.
1. What we collect
- Account and business details: business name, contact name, email, optional phone, location details, and the reminder preference you choose.
- Intake content: your offer text, brand colours, notes you send us, and graphics you upload (for example, your logo and images).
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amounts, and a payment reference — never your full card number.
- Portal records: order status, uploads, and service activity needed to run your setup and support.
2. How we use it
We use this information to take payment, build your capture page and wallet card, communicate about your setup and launch, send the pilot and Day 61 reminders you asked for, operate and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Who processes it for us
We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), our digital wallet-pass platform provider (issuing and managing wallet cards), and email/messaging providers used to send the reminders and messages you request. These providers may store or process information outside Canada; while there, it is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
4. Retention
We keep client records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, legal, and support purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Uploaded graphics tied to an active setup are kept while needed to operate your page and cards.
5. Cookies
The public portal does not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for security and administration (for example, admin sign-in).
6. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw consent where the law allows, by emailing wayne@365digital.ca. We respond within the time the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first.
7. Security and changes
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We will post changes to this policy here with a new “last updated” date.
